When you create resource profiles, we collect information about your team members including names, email addresses, roles, seniority levels, skills, technologies, languages, availability, rate information, and location. If you upload a CV document, we collect the information contained within it.

CV Documents and Parsing. When you upload CV documents, the files are stored securely. If you choose to use our AI-powered CV parsing feature, the text content of the CV is processed by an AI service to extract structured profile data such as name, role, skills, and experience. The raw CV text is processed temporarily and not stored beyond what is needed for the parsing operation.

Engagement Information. When you create or respond to engagement requests, we collect details such as proposed rates, start and end dates, resource information, and any messages exchanged between parties.

Meeting Information. When you schedule meetings through the platform, we collect meeting details including date, time, duration, participants, and any messages. If your plan includes Zoom integration, a Zoom meeting link may be generated.

AI Chat Messages. When you use the AI assistant feature, we collect the messages you send and the responses generated. These messages may be processed to provide contextual answers about your resources, engagements, and reports.

Information About Others. You may provide information about your team members (e.g., resource profiles, CV documents). You should obtain the consent of such individuals prior to providing peerply with their information. The information you provide about others is used solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
